As with all of Love my fitness Classes every class is adapted to suit the needs of all of our members. Even though, they are still Fun, social, welcoming and more importantly increase cardiovascular output. Please see below for a brief description of all of our Classes.
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.
Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
Most boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
Often referred to as the ‘weight loss workout’ our Boxercise classes are high energy, the ultimate boxing aerobic workout, challenging but fun and friendly. Fun fitness games, core stability, kickboxing, pad work and circuit training are all included. When you try our amazing high Intensity classes you will see the difference and be back for more.
Attend alone or with a partner you will never feel left out but will meet loads of friendly new people that have found the true alternative to faceless gyms and boring workouts.
What is a Zumba fitness class like? It’s a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more.
Best of all, you don’t need any previous dance experience! It’s fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they’re not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more!
According to the Zumba website, “Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be ‘FUN AND EASY TO DO’ in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits.

Zumba dancing is best described as a fun, joyful Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music. Zumba applies dance moves from Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba, Mambo, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggatone and of course Hip Hop. I guarantee you — you will have tons of fun.

Gets your heart pumping and your body working! HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
The short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
HiiT is not suitable for those with any cardiovascular conditions or those that are relatively new to exercise but for those with moderate fitness, it is a great way of taking your fitness to a whole new level.
You will be introduced to a wide variety of cardiovascular conditioning formats designed to help participants discover enjoyable and effective aerobic exercise activities for healthier living.
Activities will include traditional and contemporary aerobic formats such as hi-lo and non-impact aerobics, global dance, kickboxing, STEP, cardio ball, circuit training, and other popular body conditioning modalities. Participants can expect to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.
WHAT IS FITNESS PILATES ?
Fitness Pilates attacks the roots of bad posture by toning little-used muscles groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back, while incorporating a slow breathing technique to energise the body. Fitness Pilates moves are also designed to work the muscles of the whole body (abdominals, lower back, thighs, buttocks, calves, arms, shoulders) and to gently lengthen them. The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of injury. It is a no- impact class suitable for men and women of ages, levels and abilities, is a good way to relax and unwind and is also weight-bearing exercise so helps to prevent osteoporosis.
Fitness Pilates is a challenging yet safe exercise that promotes a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility. It also increases strength and endurance, improves balance and co-ordination, all without producing over developed or bulky muscles.
Kettlercise is a brand new fitness class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere. Regular kettlebell training is typically carried out using heavy weights whereas kettlercise is carried out using light weights and is set out in a non stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance. It is effectively a three in one workout incorporating cardio, weight training and core training.
Kettlercise is very effective at toning the body particularly the legs, bum, hips, and stomach. You will see a noticeable improvement in your body shape and tone as well as your fitness levels within just a few sessions. This class is unrivalled when it comes to producing results and whatever you’re current fitness level or ability you will be sure to find kettlercise fun yet challenging.
