My name is Lisa and I have been running fitness and weight management classes since 2006 under the name of Rosemary Conley.
As of April 2014 we launched a brand new business called love my fitness and I run “love my fitness with Lisa”.

I use the experience gained over the last 14 years and continue to offer the best possible exercise and weight management that I can.  I have continued to develop my skills to not only help people physically but also support my members emotionally.
Although no longer associated with the Rosemary Conley brand I was fortunate to be nominated by Rosemary herself as a ‘top ten’ franchisee in the UK so I hope that reassures you that I know what I’m doing………..

I am a fully trained exercise to music Instructor and have helped hundreds of members lose weight over the last 14 years. The exercise is varied and designed to be fun, enjoyable and suitable for all abilities.
Classes have an incredibly friendly atmosphere and as a club we do lots of extra activities such as Ladies day at Ascot, theatre trips to London, Christmas parties and overseas spa breaks.
Class starts with an optional weigh in, then a 10 minute motivational talk, followed by 45 minutes of exercise suitable for all. Classes vary and will include, aerobics, Interval training, circuits, resistance bands, kettle bells, boxercise and stretch and tone. In addition to my regular classes I also periodically run a number of courses including boot camps. I am also fully trained in Pilates and these classes are run separately to the weight management classes.
So, whether you are new to exercise or needing a fresh challenge, you’ll find what you’re looking for with me. Plus with your first class absolutely free of charge, you can feel totally confident in giving me a try! I offer a non-judgemental, safe and friendly welcome.
My aim is to make my enthusiasm for feeling fit for life and being the very best version of yourself, to rub off on everyone I meet and work with.
