While the country is still in semi lockdown we are unable to teach our classes in our venues at the moment.
Love my Fitness is now running from our home to the comfort and safety of your home.
We are running live classes via ZOOM, pre recorded sessions, private Facebook support group and online coffee mornings for a catch up socially.

We do a range of exercises so there is something for everyone. Aerobics, Interval, Kettlebells, toning and Pilates .
We have 3 different ways to pay. You can pay weekly, monthly by standing order or we have a yearly membership option.
